A 50% deposit is due upon booking to hold requested dates.
A $500 refundable security deposit is to be paid 30 days prior to arrival and will be returned within 14 days of guest departure should the home be returned in order.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation 30 days prior (or less) will automatically forfeit the 50% deposit.
